Are You A 'Snooze Button' Junkie?
Among our visitors submitted a demand... "just how do I get up early each day without striking the snooze button?"
When reading this request since I can simply relate solely to this issue I chuckled. I know I too am a 'snooze button' junkie! I thought I'd produced an answer for this dilemma by adding my alarm clock across the room. Our reasoning was that once I was up, I'dnot need to return to bed...WRONG! I struck on the snooze button jump-up and gleefully jump right back directly into my great warm bed. And, I will take action more often than once! I understand it's a crazy practice. Oh, and by the way, my time is set fifteen minutes in front of the actual time in addition!
I decided when the reader and I are both experiencing this problem, then you will find different 'sleep option' junkies in our community.

Most of us realize that this is a behavior and practices might be changed - IF we decide to take action. It takes 21 times to change a practice. Into basically developing a new behavior for ourselves so just do we have a behavior from interfering frustrating, or uncomfortable? Don't you feel much better if you really do it and actually choose to alter?
Using the belief that it requires 21 times to change a habit, by understanding yourself, start:
-Why does one attack on the snooze button?
-Are you getting sleep? If not, then obviously, you will need to continue to rest. Make an effort to change your behavior and begin gradually by going to bed 15 minutes earlier the week, 30minutes the 2nd and 1 hour the 3rd week. Consider your new sleeping routine to be developed by the full 21 times.
